Our Fees: Contact our  property management team for a free no obligation rental appraisal and our current rates.

Routine Inspections: One month after commencement of a new tenancy, then every three months thereafter.

Smoke Alarms: Working smoke alarms save lives. From the 1st of July 2007 all rental properties must have working smoke alarms.

Safety Switches: From the 1st of March 2008 all rental properties must have safety switches installed and be working.

Rental Payments: Can be directly deposited into your nominated account mid month and/or end of month. Itemised statements.

Landlord Insurance: Highly recommended. Your investment needs to be protected.
